To get the full report of all expenses ever you can say "Full Report". We will then generate a CSV file that you can download and manipulate in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
The report contains all expenses, with their date, the person who filed the expense, their categories and other meta data. You can filter these reports to look at expenses within a specified date range, specified categories or for specific people.
New Reporting features coming in Q1 2017 - Reporting Dashboard where you can look at trends in expensing by categories and by departments. This would allow you to spot spikes in expenses during a certain date range or other intelligent ways to track expenses. Stay Tuned.
