Simple, just say "unpaid" to ExpenseTron.

As an employee, you will see all of your expenses, pending payment.

As a finance manager, you will see the entire company's approved expenses that are pending payment. At this point, a finance manager can mark an expense as paid. Once an expense is "marked as paid", we will notify the employee who submitted the expense about the same.

If you are dealing with a lot of expenses, you might find it cumbersome to mark an expense as paid one at time in the above manner. In that case you can use the "bulk payment" feature.

NOTE: The admin can set/change your finance manager by using settings. You are allowed to have 1 or more finance managers.

To download an excel (CSV) report of the unpaid expenses, the finance manager can type "Unpaid report"
